The Skip Cooking This Summer with Bellona! Contest begins at 9:00 am ET on June 3, 2026, and ends at 9:00 am ET on June 30, 2026. Eligible participants must be residents of Toronto, York Region, Durham Region, or Peel Region and be at least 18 years old. Entrants can enter once per day using either an online entry form or by submitting an email containing an original 200-word essay, along with their contact details. Each entry method requires consent to receive marketing emails from the Prize Provider. There will be a random Draw for the winner on June 30, 2026, at the Sponsor's premises and winners must respond within 24 hours to maintain eligibility. Prizes consist of four meals per week for 12 weeks, totaling CAD $504, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Winners must present valid ID and sign a release form to claim their prizes, which will be delivered by the Prize Provider, Bellona Kitchen.
